Our approach is to teach a variety of options in your path to learning meditation. Based on trial and error, you can find what works best for in achieving your goals and developing your meditation practice. A very key element to our teaching method is focused heavily on various breathing techniques. Looking across all cultures and meditative styles, breathing and breath techniques provide THE gateway to a meditative state. Therefore, we spend adequate time reviewing numerous breathing techniques that cover a wide spectrum of options. We do not promote or push any type of specific spiritual practice or concept. You are free to pick and choose the techniques that are a best fit for you.
